Our mission is to tackle poverty and improve the lives of people in our local community through various projects aimed at providing support to those in need. Over the last eight years, Hope Family UK have run a foodbank, clothes bank and several other projects such as the Lighthouse Project which provides gym facilities and training to improve the physical and mental health of people in our community. We have also run training courses for those who need a second chance to support them back into employment. Our mission is to harness the support of our local community including businesses and individuals to tackle inequality, poverty and the well-being of our community and build a Barking that is stronger together.
