Mercy Worldwide In Action At Tesco

Mercy Worldwide Trust, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting victims of conflict and natural disasters across the globe, is also making a real difference here at home in Barking.
Last week, more than 50 volunteers from Mercy Worldwide Trust came together to redistribute over 1.5 tons of food generously provided by Barking Tesco. The food has gone directly to local families and individuals facing hardship, offering much-needed relief during difficult times.
This incredible effort highlights the power of community action and the impact of compassion in practice. By working hand in hand with Tesco, Mercy Worldwide Trust has not only provided food but also shared hope and encouragement with those who need it most.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated volunteers of Mercy Worldwide Trust for their time and commitment, and to Tesco Barking for their generosity in supporting this initiative.
At Mercy Worldwide Trust, we believe that practical acts of kindness are an expression of God’s love. With the continued support of our volunteers, partners, and the wider community, we will keep working to bring that love to those in need — both locally and globally.
